• Ray7 is committed to providing high-quality wellness products that support healthy living.
• Free delivery is available PAN India on all orders above 499/-
• Products are dispatched from the warehouse within 2-7 business days.
• Trusted courier partners are used for delivery.
• Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
• To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with the order ID and reason for cancellation.
• Refunds will be initiated within 3-5 business days of cancellation.

Delivery:

• Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, customers will receive an email with tracking details.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location, with orders generally delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
• Customers can track their orders using the ‘Track Order’ feature available on our website.
• Ray7 is not responsible for any delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.
